DLL Closes UK Equipment Lease Securitization at $399MM+

DLL closed its DLL UK Equipment Finance 2019-1 Equipment Lease securitization transaction at £306 million ($399.147 million). This is the first public ABS transaction issued by DLL in Europe and the first UK ABS transaction with equipment lease exposure in 5 years.

Wells Fargo Agents $302.7MM+ ABS Transaction for CCG

Independent commercial equipment finance company Commercial Credit Group closed a 144a privately-placed term asset-backed security transaction. The $302.732 million financing was placed with a broad group of institutional investors. Wells Fargo Bank served as structuring agent and lead bookrunner for the placement.

CIT Arranges $40MM Secured Facility for MPC Container Ships

CIT Group’s Maritime Finance business served as sole lead arranger on a $40 million senior secured credit facility for MPC Container Ships, a provider in the feeder container ship market segment which operates a fleet of 69 vessels. The financing can be used for additional fleet equipment investments, potential acquisitions and general corporate purposes.

Ascentium Capital Executes $375MM Securitization

Equipment finance company Ascentium Capital executed a $375 million small ticket equipment securitization of Ascentium Equipment Receivables Series 2019-1, its eleventh such securitization. The transaction involved 26 unique investors and again received AAA ratings from Moody’s and S&P on the company’s senior class of notes.

Stonebriar Closes Fifth Equipment Securitization Transaction for $650MM

Stonebriar Commercial Finance closed its fifth commercial equipment asset-backed securitization, SCFET 2019-1, a $650 million ABS issuance with top tranches rated triple A. SCFET 2019-1 was secured by a portfolio of commercial equipment loans and leases across a variety of asset classes including rail, aviation, marine transportation, energy, real estate, and manufacturing.  

DLL Closes Third Securitization Transaction at Over $1B

Global vendor finance company DLL closed its DLL 2018-2 asset backed securities securitization transaction in the U.S., which exceeded $1 billion. This is the largest equipment deal in recent history in U.S. markets and follows two successful DLL securitizations in November 2017 ($501.5 million) and May 2018 ($824.4 million).
